Grime Time Carpet Cleaning and Grime Time Auto Detailing reserve dedicated time slots for each appointment. To ensure fairness to all customers, the following cancellation policy applies to all scheduled services.
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee.
If:
A fee of 20% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
This fee covers reserved labor time, travel, and scheduling loss.
For mobile detailing services:
Failure to meet these requirements may result in the 20% missed appointment fee.
Mobile detailing services may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, unsafe temperatures).
Weather-related reschedules initiated by Grime Time will not incur fees.
